As with most tours, it is the guide who makes or breaks the tour. Ours was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and fun. We walked for almost 3 hours covering these 2 fascinating areas.

Sorry somehow missed this question, there are several websites for booking online some are for tickets and some for guided tours which are more expensive . Just google Alhambra tickets and you will see them all.
