We were on our way to see the Cathedral and Picasso gallery and came across this none outstanding piece of "art". It really is quite easy to walk past it without attracting much attention.

Art is wonderful to see when visiting a city. Artists should be supported to some degree. Take a good look and walk around the piece. What exactly are you looking at as you walk around the bronze?
