St. Augustine stands out among other churches of Malaga in its very colourful exterior. It appears that the church is quite complicated to visit due to its varying opening hours. I must have been lucky, because arriving rather late to Malaga and staying only very...More

Really liked this Church with it’s colourfull Bell Tower. Apparently it is the only church in town with this sort of tower. It is part of a convent and school so obviously gets plenty of use and looks well cared for. It has a history...More

I was attracted by the bright yellow and red facade of this church, so decided to stop by on the way back from the Picasso Museum. There are very many beautiful churches in Malaga and it is very unlikely that I will keep this particular...More

The convent church is situated next to the Picasso Museum. It is part of a convent established in the 16th century. The use of red stucco work creates a striking facade. There are plans to convert the convent into a new home for the Malaga...More

We kept passing by the Church of San Agustin to and from our various outings. It's fair to say that it's a beautiful church and does the town much good. Why not venture inside of like us you keep passing it every time.

The San Agustín Church. This church has being built in the year 1575 by the family Swerts, who wasn’t originally from Spain. You will find the iglesia de san Augustin together with the convent and college in the centre of Malaga. We were not able...More
