Narrow streets , plaza's, small shops and bars make this an interesting place to get lost and soak up the intrigue of Cadiz.

One of the best things to do when visiting Cadiz is to simply 'get lost' in the maze of streets in the historic central area. There's some great architecture, interesting squares, pedestrian only shopping streets and more.

Worth a visit just to see all the beautiful buildings. You will have a neck ache from looking up at the detail.

Walk roam, wander, get lost or just look around , window shop ,shop , eat and drink or just smell the coffee , most of all enjoy

Don't know much about the fiesta as I've not been at this time of year. However there is a catamaran from el puerto de Santa Maria to Cadiz which sails regularly and isn't expensive - I think about €4 per person return. It's... More
