We came last year and didn’t get time to visit the cathedral. Well worth a revisit, it was beautiful.

Our cruise stopped in Cadiz and after touring the city we settled into an outside cafe for some refreshments and the internet. We were directly across from the Cathedral which was celebrating it's 750th anniversary, WOW! Beautifully maintained and a wonderful sight.

After 116 years, who even remembers what architectural style it set out to be? Construction spanned 1722 - 1835 and styles may fall in and out of favor, and so they did. The cathedral is very beautiful, it has a darker and lighter exterior color...More
