This very important museum is in the beautiful town of Weimar. There is oodles of important history in the whole area. When in Weimar, do not miss this museum.

Fantastic museum and Goethe's original house. In great shape, beautifully explained. Count two full hours for the tour.

It is interesting to see where and how Goethe lived. The house is very much as he left it. The garden is very pretty. I only know the story of Faust and so felt very ignorant when reading about Goethe's life.

Lovely museum in the house where Goethe lived for 50 years. Furniture, sculptures, library everything is well kept as at Goethe time. It gives a very good insight of the life of the greatest German poet.

Awesome feeling to wander through the rooms where the famous philosopher once lived. The original hardwood floors as everything else are well preserved.
