Outside has been rebuilt post war in the original style but inside is disappointing as of course much of the decoration one usually finds in such a church was destroyed.

This is a lovely church but pales in comparison with the Frauenkirche. Still worth a trip to visit. Continue out to the river for some great views.

A nice church. Beautiful on the outside, nice on the inside. Just besides the castle. Not the city's highlight.

Lovely place worth a visit, 3 days in Dresden is enough a lot to see, very clean and not expensive, very peaceful .

Normally the Catholic churches and cathedrals are very ornate. This one however is rather plain inside.

No, one does not usually pay to visit an open church. Perhaps if it is being uded as a venue for an advertidrd concert. In that case you will surely find notices.
