A nice park
It's quite far from City Center. But, a nice palce for walking although it's not very large. Additionally, there is a small lake with some trees around, so it is good for relaxing.

Domkanonikus (Cathedral secular Canon) Niklas von Nell managed in Trier North “Nells Ländchen” (Nells area), whose name has remained and which then actually was swampland (marshland, wetland). None before 1840 the family forcefully had to sell it to the city of Trier. After the war, due to the waters of Avelerbach and Grüneberg coming Tarforst, the permanently flooded wetland was partially drained through trenches diverted to the Moselle and formed ponds and Islands. The name Gotthard is interwoven with it: a local gardener who offered his professional experience from working in the Netherlands in use of von Nell. A historic park in early-romantic Anglo-Dutch style with natural and modified garden art from early 18th century: the period in which the change became visible to get rid of thousands of years old shackles of geometric shapes and the unbridled development of a garden’s original character. Opened in 1801. Note: beware feeding the Swan as it may display a pretty aggressive aditude, so keep it at bay...
