One gets the feeling of prayerful once entering this Basilica. It is the oldest church in Kolblenz with extenstive Romanesque Construction and largely traditional furnishing. Beautiful indeed.

We were treated to a concert by the local youth choir and this was followed by an organ recital. It has an excellent organ. The church has a beautiful ceiling in the German Gothic style.

The Basilica is only a very short walk from the Deutsches Eck and provided a great feeling of tranquility within its walls. We had come here to see where our family's ancestors were married in the late eighteenth- early nineteenth century. It is a beautiful?place...More

This is a very venerable church. Its construction began in the 9th century, although its original appearance was formed only through seven centuries. By happy coincidence, during the second world war, the church escaped serious damages. But the interior remains quite scarce - you should...More

The most peaceful and introspective place in Koblenz. A historical monument with much information and right next to the Deutsch Ecke.

A wonderfully prayerful atmosphere permeates this church. The holy images and appointments are particularly tasteful and artistic. Well worth a visit and a chance to pray while on a bustling tour.

Free entry. Definitely worth a walk around the church and take a look at the fanastic grounds. The landscaping is superb. The church itself a typical period church close to town and the river.
