Great stadium and great games. We sat in the family section which was quiet, yet still fun. We got cheaper tickets in Ramstein at the community center. Next time we would like to sit in the other section. Much more roudy. The give tours as well.

This was my second visit to 1FC Kaiserslautern. Having sat in the main stand last time, for this match I stood on the massive home terrace. Excellent atmosphere and typically bonkers German fans.

Went for a second-string game with my host and so had the opportunity to get a feel of expanse and depth of the stadium. We were two of 480 spectators that evening. Quite impressive as a facility, I can definitely imagine it would have great atmosphere with screaming, chanting adoring fans during a first team home game. Sadly the team... More

Even though we are stuck in the second league, the West-Kurve still rocks every game! This stadium is unique in many ways.... one interesting fact is that the five world cup matches played in the stadium in 2006 made Kaiserslautern the smallest city every to host a world cup match! If you are going to the stadium for the first... More

Coming from Naples, Italy I have high standards for 'high energy'....FCK didn't disappoint. The stadium was clean, tickets reasonably priced, food/beer alright, and the fans were pretty loud.

Built as one of the venues for the 2006 World Cup in Germany, the stadium is home to the FC Kaiserslautern Red Devils. Fritz Walter Stadion is a great place to experience the fervor of Bundesliga 2 football - better root for the FCK Red Devils!! - in a top-rate stadion at minimal cost. Even sitting in the "nose-bleed" section,... More
