I enjoyed walking along the Köningsallee and peering into the windows of the dozens of luxury shops, even though I didn't have the time to go in to any (well, except the chocolate shop, of course... for souvenirs!).

I really don't see why people rave about Koenigsallee. The boulevard and shops on either side are attractive, but the street is tiny and one can traverse it in 10 minutes. When compared, for example, with Munich (several kilometres of uninterupted and excellent shopping from Stachus to Promenadeplatz to Marienplatz to Odeonsplatz to Maximilianstrasse) it is disappointing.

A truly beautiful place I can completely recommend all of Dusseldorf , The Buildings are wonderful the shopping area's are clean and tidy ,. The Rhine River is used in every way and a pleasure to sit and watch the world go by ! I would definitely go back again and search out more .

Near to this canal you can find the shopping area, with the most recognized stores, you can see beautiful building around, in christmas time is one of the best to visit.

Beautiful boulevard in the midst of Düsseldorf which has all the top notch shops from Versace to Louis Vuitton plus many other more affordable ones in any one of the arcades connecting to the Kö. Grab a cup of coffee or tea or a little snack in one of the boardwalk cafés and just enjoy the eccentric crowd passing by.... More

Lots of great shops surround this canal area, and many restaurants as well. The town is beautiful and there is no shortage of things to do.

It is the most expensive shopping street with the most expensive brands. The only nice thing is river flowing in the middle of street

Nothing special. Only a few old trees and a canal surrounded by extremely expencive shots. Maybe nicer during the spring or summer.
