This museum is a manageable walk away from downtown Aachen. The museum has three floors. Most of the display space is on the street floor. The street floor is open and airy. The art is “contemporary”, which means that it varies from excellent to mediocre....More

I like modern art and I am frequently here. They have some pieces they always have in the exhibition but quite some area is used for changing exhibitions.

You must go there although it is a bit away from the city center. It is an old factory building which in itself expresses history. Modern art of high quality exhibited. And very relaxed at the same time. There were only few visitors when we...More

For a vast exhibition of contemporary art & design in Aachen, this is the one place to go. Great stuff, generously exhibited and well documented. Make sure you check their many rotating specialised exhibitions, too.
