It is amazing. I love Rathaus buildings at Germany, but this one have something unique. Catchs your soul. Also there is a tiny restaurant on the left side, which is also so lovely.

One of the very few things you should see/ do in Aachen. It is a typical historical building in town.

This was a marvellous exhibit set inside a marvellous old building. The history of Aachen - or at least a compelling slice of it - is well laid out. A great way to engage with the city's past. My only comment is that it would...More

Five restored rooms are on view as part of a self-guided tour. These are well worth the price of admission. There some steep flights of stairs. Clean restrooms in the basement.

It cost 6 Euro, but it's well worth it...loads of rooms to visit leaving the best till last. Take one of the free guides...definitely worth the money.

A very good example of the architecture from the era and area. Costs a bit to get in to see the interior. Some refurbishment was going on at the moment and not much was open. It is better on the outside.

We didn't get a chance to dine there but it was very busy and is very popular Google it or find it on Tripadvisor and book accordingly. Have a good time in Aachen.
