We had a great afternoon at this zoo. They have a wide variety of animals and the viewing is excellent.

It took us more than 2 hours to get through everything: lots of different animals, from all over the world. Elephants and monkeys were the best. A shame that the general level of food and drink offerings are so poor.

We saw the whole zoo in less than an hour. If you have small children, you can spend 1-2 hours at the zoo. There is a lot of construction underway for new animal exhibits.

Visit it on easter friday so line were long to get in ( about 500 people). Zoo size is quite small and the selection of animals is little. But otherwise clean and well cared place.

I visit the zoo in mostly all cities I go to. The one in Frankfurt was good in that animals in general were not in fences but isolated using deep chasm. I was able to see the animals at the same eye level not that...More

I think 3 hours is enough time if you don't linger too long. I think that's about how long we spent.
