The design of the coffe shop is unique. It's a pitty that they offer guided tours in English only on Sundays.. it wasn't worth it to pay entrance to the museum without having some guidance about what u are looking at.

A small coffee making museum with a nice café above it. Located in between the Customs and Maritime museums, and an ideal place for a stop

I loved this place - not just because of the excellent cherry crumble and cup of filter coffee I had but also of the whole relaxing atmosphere, the interesting facts about trade history and imports in Hamburg exposed on the walls, the comfortable furniture and obviously the exquisite coffee vapors. In addition it is perfectly located in the Speicherstadt!

Had a corporate dinner at this venue and it was excellent. The food was really good, but the service was exceptional. I imagine it would be a great daytime visit for the coffee buffs, but if you can eat there, its really worthwile.

What the chuff is this? Such a bizarre hour or so. Nice coffee shop though, a bit of information but not quite enough. There's promise.

If you love coffee and making coffee this is the place for you. Part shop, part museum it's crammed with coffee, coffee grinders and all kind of coffee paraphernalia.
