The amount of positive reviews says it all. So much history here. And as a bonus, it is free. Beautiful at day or night, or try both. You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful architecture. Very meaningful and worth seeing for all. Great history behind it. Seen from the top of a bus was even better than when we did it on foot.

The gate itself is impressive and can’t find words to say all what it represents. The area is well kept and of easy access for tourist, surrounded by restaurants where you may enjoy a nice meal while contemplating the gate.

like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum
Island. The central location makes this one of the
city's most expensive places to live. It is here the
oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence
of some significant transformations, as well. The
gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets
between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given
