This museum was recommended to us to visit by friends. Very interesting and quite compact. It is a shame that only the main headings were translated into English. Each factual inscription was only available in German. The actual building is architecturally brilliant and it has...More

We wanted to immerse ourselves but found the exhibits light on information. This is a large building and the exhibits seemed very spread out and on the boring side. The building itself is beautiful inside and out and needs to house something to match it's...More

I visited during the ´Long Night of Museums´event. The museum was full of people, but not extremely crowded. In the middle there were kids playing and dancing and loud music everywhere. The museum was very interesting, and brought back childhood memories. I would definitely recommend...More

An interesting place to checkout. It traces the role of technology and the way we communicate. Some amazing examples of technologies evolving through the ages. The vacuum tube communication system was fascinating as was the history of the postal system and some of the old...More

I know this is a super venue space for large event and it seems to have a good café. The museum put on a good show for the 80 museum evening. It was a great display and showed off an impressive venue.

We were walking in the area and came upon this place so we took a chance and went in. Had some really nice exhibits but was just a bit dry and on the boring side. But if someone is really into communications then this would...More

Not the best Communication Museum in Germany, but a very good one. They had an excellent exhibit on Advertising in the parallel Germanies which was very enlightening. Always love seeing the collections of posthorns and mailboxes.

We hadn't planned to visit this museum, but were so glad we did! Compared to other museums in Berlin it is very cheap (4€ for adults, 2€ for students, free for children) and extremely well-executed and designed. Everything is presented in an interactive and engaging...More

Entry was reasonable at €4 per adult. Having worked in a communications company, it was interesting and you have insights into other areas also. Did not have our 11 year old with us on this trip, but he would have enjoyed the interactive things for...More

The staff here were uninterested, unhelpful almost to the extent of being rude. There was no floor plan (although I think you can see a sign which is no use unless you speak German), few exhibits and practically none with English translation. We did find...More

The centre of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights
like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum
Island. The central location makes this one of the
city's most expensive places to live. It is here the
oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence
of some significant transformations, as well. The
gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets
between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given
