The tower self is not really special but the area around this tower is the most beautiful spot of Rothenburg.

There were quite a number of towers in the walled town of Rotenburg. Kobolzeller Tor should be one of them. Visitors would likely missed this tower because it has always been overshadowed by the neighbouring ones in Plonlein. So don't miss Kobolzeller Tor next time...More

Certainly all the tourist brochures show you this view although theirs manage to show a quiet tranquil setting. More than likely it will be teaming with people all trying to take photographs. The result of having a picture postcard setting.
