They dropped the ball

I wrote to the prescribed email address with a requested Monday factory tour date and received an erroneous email response that the tour was not available on weekends. When I replied back to correct the mistake I never received a reply. Upon rewriting later, I was advised to call BMW, who then told me it was sold out for my requested date. When I arrived in Munich I went in person to the BMW Welt in hopes of still arranging to be part of a tour. Although the agent was very nice, she advised me that the factor tour had been sold out for months prior to my request. As a 30-year BMW owner it was a disappointing outcome.

I own a BMW 2018 model X5, a wonderful car with all the specifications, but there was a problem with the hybrid battery, knowing that it is less than 6 years old and has only traveled 40 miles. I live in Jordan and it came from the USA. Is it considered under warranty

Fantastic place

When traveling to Munich, my main goal was to visit this place. I was very pleased afterward, is a remarkable place, covering the history of a long-standing global brand. In Munich, it is definitely worth a visit. This is all part of a BMW complex, which includes also the BMW Car Museum and BMW factory.

Appreciation note for the customer service at the BMW headquartersAnd the humility and kindness of the CEO

I am very impressed with the excellent and prompt service at the headquarters. I wrote a letter to the CEO and I got a reply within two days. That is very humble and kind of them. I have never seen an organization that big and so efficient and prompt and caring for their passionate customers.

It all trickles from top to bottom so the CEO must be the great person.

I am very passionate about this brand I recommend it to everyone with the full support.

One of the 3 superlative buildings by BMW

The four round towers of the BMW headquarters symbolize the 4 pistons of a BMW engine. Even if this building cannot be visited - to my knowledge. The sight is astonishing and, alongside the BMW Museum and the BMW Welt, is one of the outstanding buildings.

For those interested in cars - especially for those interested in BMW - a highlight in Munich. Enjoy the sight of the towers while visiting BMW and the Olympic Stadium.

Excellent to visit BMW factory

This is all part of a BMW complex, which includes also the BMW Car Museum and BMW factory. We took a tour of the factory, available in English. There is a cost for the tour, but well worth it.

Wife and I both own BMWs and this is our second visit to the HQ.
Both times were outstanding. Especially the BMW Werks was a free and fun place to visit with BMW experts on hand to answer highly technical questions.,

Worth a visit...

Great day out - both the museum and welt was interesting. What I liked most was the space and ability to walk about. Great cafes too and a stone’s throw away from the Olympian grounds which are truly breathtaking on a clear sunny day! Also great value of money if you do the museum!

The grandchildren just loved seeing all the old cars and the cars of the future. they have selected there BMW. The great visit took 2.5 hrs
