We really had a lovely evening with such charismatic guide, unique beer tasting, entertaining and informative stories, a lot of laughs too and the last story really was worthy of the title "Makaber". We highly recommend this for people who have a love for dark history!

Thank you for your lovely review - I'm really glad that enjoyed the tour and the beer - and yes, the last story... well, yep, it is a bit gruesome to say the least! Best, Taff

We have learned that sometimes we miss out on information when do self guided or audio tours. You’ll probably never go to these places again. So make it worth it!! Taff corresponded with us for a few months before our arrival and tailored the trip to our needs. Once we got to Munich, he met us at our hotel. He had pictures and actual objects to enhance our experience. We walked around town and then trained to Dachau. His knowledge and passion impressed! You won’t regret it.

Incredibly educational and Interesting tour. Taff takes you straight back into time with his amazing stories about medieval Munich. In addition, he also has great beers for tasting. 10 out of 10. An absolute recommendation when you visit Munich.

Taff led an incredible tour filled with entertaining and educational narratives. He has extensive knowledge of Munich's history and local archaeological finds as well as an admirable passion for fact and research. I would definitely recommend this tour for families and groups looking for a medieval tour that leads you through the heart of Munich's city center.

Hi Kate, I'm so glad you enjoyed our recent tour. With Covid restrictions I was worried we might have to pull it - but it all worked out ok in the end. Hope you enjoyed the beer when you got home :-) Best, Taff

Everyone in my group had nothing but good things to say. When your in a city as old as Munich, you owe it to yourself to take this tour. The tour was interactive and included beer. Taff was a fantastic guide. He was knowledgeable, incredibly engaging and flexible with tour logistics. He even joined us at Oktoberfest after the tour. A year later, and we still talk about the tour. We took the tour in September but trip advisor won't let me set it back that far.
