A quiet place to reflect or simply relax and enjoy the scenery. The paths are well maintained and the trees are gorgeous and we'll spaced. I could picture spending an afternoon here just hanging out and reading a good book.

A nice park for a stroll or picnic near the centre of town. There are cafes nearby. Also popular with joggers in the mornings.

A nice, quiet spot in the middle of Erlangen (not that Erlangen is particularly noisy). Grass, trees and flowers plus some old not-very-good sculpture. Nice for arestfulbreak.

As Schlossgartens go, this one is on the small side and not very interesting. It is basically a meadow with paths and trees. There is one ugly statue in front of the Orangerie. Perhaps it is more appealing in a season other than winter.

I always loved visiting this park, its perfect landscaped garden let's you enjoy a quaint walk along the trees right in center of town. They always have some sort of events going on as well, if you like nature you should definitely check it out

The old castle Park with lots of paths to wander amongst the trees. Nice flowerbeds bring colour to the park

Erlangen Schlossgarten is a lovely decorated and well maintained public park. If you are looking for a place for picnic, sun bath or your yoga exercise in the city center, this is a place to go.

This is a great place, comparable to the best parks of Peterhof in Russia, located just behind the University of Erlangen. Very neat, nice and quiet. A great place to lie on the grass, jogging and just walking.
