This is a very attractive and convenient place from which to make visits around. It has good restaurants and hotels and the station has trains to many places including Munich. I would strongly recommend it as a base.

Garmisch-Partenkirchen is a great place for all. I came with friends and there is always something to do, obviously skiing, toboggan, hiking, great restaurants and bars, good travel links to other places. Brilliant visit, will come back again for sure.

Great ski mountain, this was the first mountain I've ever did real powder, what a challenge! I went here some years back, and hope to return soon. I will recommend this place to anyone, check out the Austrian Ski slopes as well, absolutely Insane!
