We were there in July and climbed it quite easy. Nice views all the way and on the top. We've been there around 7PM so it was nice and quiet.

Great for beginners to learn on blues and a few reds and blacks for the more adventurous. Good lift system, although 6 man chair can get busy at peak times. Nice bars and restaurants, decent value ski hire and lift pass. Good quality ski hire and easy to get to other more difficult ski areas as you progress

We booked a day of ski lessons through the MWR Hausberg Resort. We had a great day. My kids ( 13 year old boy and 10 year old girl) found a love for skiing. Mine was reignited after a decade away from the slopes, and even my husband as a 36 year old first time skier is determined to come... More

I have been to the Hausberg ski area many times and i notice little improvements all the time. The new lift, installed in 2010 is very efficient and there is no more need to climb stairs to get to the old lift. The ski pass has an RFID chip and just has to be in your jacket when you approach... More

I like to hike, or you can drive, up to the Hausberg. Restaurant on the lake. You can walk up to it is a short time to stretch your legs without getting into a major hike. I think it has one of most beautiful views of the Zugspitze. Also good for skiing in the winter, but I prefer summer.

This is a great place to rent your snow equipment, including everything you need to go down the slopes (jackets, pants, etc). If you forgot anything back home you can purchase gloves, hats, etc as well. My husband and I wanted to snowboard so we rented those. Sadly, we assumed we knew how to use them but couldn't. After messing... More

We just came back from a week of skiing in GAP and spent a lot of time here on the Hausberg. It can get crowded at times and particularly with children. However, if you have small children or are just trying to get your skiing legs back, this is a great place to do it. There are plenty of options... More
