The entrance isn´t free but not expensive and the parc really deserves it! I had a great afternoon/evening in this parc, with various activities and nice landscapes, a lot of various animals (and even a closed area with a collection of butterflies), bars for a typical german "coffee&cake" time and added the small open air area with relaxing music, the... I have visited the park during different day times and in different year periods. The tickets are cheaper if you enter the park shortly before the ticket office closing time (7p.m.). You can enjoy your visit until it gets dark. Do not forget to check the part with flamingos and other birds!

Luisenpark is a beautiful place that takes you away from the city life. It is a great location for walking around (large variation of plants and locations), have coffee, a picnic, read a book... It has many facilities that provide a wide range of activities from table tennis, giant chess boards, board games, trampoline... It is a perfect place to... More

This park is a beautiful and peaceful place to spend a whole day in. There are lots of walking trails and things to see. There are mutiple parks for kids to play and lots of green grass to take a blanket and relax on. I wish there were more exhibits but it was still fun. We went on a rainy... More

The park has a smallish and well used/maintained water park for children, the children were all having a ball when we walked past. There is also an automated boat services which ferries you up the river. You can take a round trip or go one way and walk back. There is a small zoo half way round with a café... More

Walk around the park, take a ride in a boat, picnic or eat there. Lots to do for the entire family. Nice gardens to view as you stroll around with your family or friends.

Here you can have different landscapes and different kinds of experience in one afternoon. If you feel like floating, you my sail the stream with a boat and explore the whole park; if you prefer having a rest, you may lay on the grass cradled by the sounds of nature and by people's laughter, as well as the silent presence... There is quite a lot to see and it is highly worth the entrance fee of €6. I especially enjoyed the green open spaces surrounded by beautiful flower arrangements.

Good place to visit for almost all age groups. For kids, there are some birds and animals to watch and a roped-boat ride with fish getting very close to the boat. In summer time, there are lots of flowers to see. Big grassy ground to do some sports. With older people, one can go for an evening walk and take... More
