This is more like a cathedral,it's ornate alter topwas hidden away in the salt mines away from the destruction of Heilbron, and returned after the rebuilding of the churc. We stayed on hour here, note all literature is only in German.

This church is beautiful, inside and out. The most unusual feature is the exquisitely-carved Hans Seyffer wooden alter dating from the 15th century.

St Kilian’s church – well worth a visit for the beautifully carved wooden altar screen, some interesting stained glass windows and, at the entrance, some curious stone carvings of strange animals and humans with bird faces.

Beautiful church in the heart of Heilbronn. Definitely want to check out the wooden alter, such as the ceiling inside of the church. Historical building and worth viewing.
