This by far is one of the best Pharmacy Museum I have every visited. The signs and history were extremely thorough and the collection extensive. They had several dull shops set up and the downstairs lab was cool and insightful. Visiting the museum is included in seeing the castle and its little gift shop is really nice.

Located at the castle. It is not a must see, but its free and was more interesting than I thought. No charge to see the museum

This museum is a part of the Heidelberg Schloss. It's free and gives some insight into German Pharmaceutical history. I found the most interesting part of this museum was the old pharmacy set ups. You see all the old wooden drawers and porcelain jars. It's very interesting to see. Some of the other displays seemed old, runned down and in... More

Visiting the castle, this unique museum was free and gives an insight into the development of all types of medicines. There is of course the obligatory gift shop that did have some useful items.

This interesting museum was including with our admission to the castle. What a treasure trove of lots of informative information about medical from years bygone. It was very well laid out and I learned quite a lot. A museum not to be missed. Glad I took the opportunity to spend time wandering in here.

This museum is free with the castle ticket so take advantage of this museum as it is very impressive and quite extensive. Very informative and has great exhibits and displays providing insight into the pharmacology for centuries. You can see how herbal medicine has evolved to the present time as well. Nice little gift shop that you can purchase natural... More

Entry to this museum is inlcuded with entry to the Schloss. Explanatory material is written in German and English and provides a fascinating insight into the history of pharmacology around the world. Great exhibits too
