This is such a beautiful unusual church with nautical tales to tell on every wall giving out an incredible feeling of emotion. Definitely worth going up there to not only enjoy the church but also the wonderful views.

worth the steep incline walk, a treasured spot for seafarers for centuries. You don't have to be religious to go there or to appreciate it's special atmosphere.

The chapelle is small but a quiet stop. The views from Cannes to Italy are about the best I had seen; has a compass with arrows to find certain locations. The hike starting from Blvd James Wyllie along the sea, through streets up to a a cobblestone path is not well posted . There are biblical creches about the last... More

The 360 degrees view (from the sea to the mountains) is splendid. We have there experience a live concert during the Xmas time and it was wonderfull.

A lot of effort for a disappointing view of Chapelle de la Garoupe. After a long walk which was not well signed posted, the Chapelle was a bit of a let down. It was small chapelle with lots of pictures of boats along the wall. It was lovely to sit outside for a rest.

As the Sentier du Littoral was unapproachable due to chockablock traffic in July, we took a diversion to this - a chapel and a lighthouse (Phare) next door - which sits on a commanding height over Cap d'Antibes, one of the most expensive Neighbourhoods on the riviera. It's a beautiful church, with a beautiful view of the Cap, with the... More

Touching and sad because of the human tragedies that lie behind the myriad of prayers and notes that crowd this little chapel. Some of my family found it overwhelmingly morbid, others found it interesting.
