Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

If you are in Cognac and want to see something apart from the big ones. This is the place. A de Fussigny is a small cognac house definitely worth a visit.
Thomas gives you a very personal visit and great tasting in a rustic environment.
He also paints another picture of cognac than the big
ones (Hennessy, Martell etc) do, which we enjoyed a lot.
Highest recommendations from me

We emailed and booked our appointment which, although out of season, the company was happy to make for us.
We've had their Cognac before and love them so it was a treat to come to their home and see where it all comes from.
They are small producers and bottlers and when we were there they were in the process of bottling a batch which was really interesting to see. Tasting was terrific and meeting their winemaker was really interesting as was tasting a few of the range we had not before.
George was great and very informative.
All in all a really interesting visit and most enjoyable and I look forward to coming back to buy more.

We wanted to see something else than the big cognac houses and ended up here. The entry is through the gate that says "office" and then on the right you ring a bell to get in. There we found a guide and paid seven euros for a tasting.

We were taken through the production area to a tasting and got to taste three different cognacs and had a lovely discussion with our guide. She also showed us around a little in addition to telling about the manufacturing etc. They manually bottle the product! Also they had the cutest chickens living on the yard :)

If you want another aspect at cognac, we can recommend A. de Fussigny. Thank you to the girl who guided us!
