With our walking tours, you’ll skip the mundane historical tours and discover the city through a local’s eyes. Experience a tour that will transform the way you travel to make it as much about the people you meet, as it is the places you see. Our local guides (Lokafyers) are passionate about their city and eager to share their knowledge and perspective. Since Lokafyers are not professional guides and tour occasionally, they provide an experience that’s authentic and personal, like a friend showing you around their city. By the end of the tour, you'll feel comfortable navigating the city and confident that you have all the information you need to make the most of your stay.

We climbed slowly up from the town and enjoyed the views along the way. The church and the bells are lovely. Historic and meaningful. The views and flowers are lovely. Recommend this outing.

Loved both the views and the interior of the church complete with charming creche scene. A must do when visiting the area.

The chapel is at the top of a steepish hill not far from the centre of town. It is worth the climb for the view over the Seine and for the chapel itself. I believe that the Petit Train might visit here but the tourist season was over and it wasn't running. The chapel itself is quite unusual in design - small and intimate in design with nice stained glass windows with a maritime theme running through it - sailors would come here to be blessed and ask for safety before setting off on a long voyage. Do try to get there at the top of the hours as the rack of bells outside plays part of Bizet's L'Arlesienne before chiming the hour. Make sure you are up to a longish climb before setting ou up the hill

Visit on the hour if you want to enjoy the bells outside. Try not to photo bomb any wedding photos, there was a party there using this rather lovely spot to record their happy day. Great views across the Seine to Le Havre.
