Incredible how this wonderful piece of art from 1067 has survived. The audio tour explains the story on the 70m piece of fabric, which retains its vibrant detail.

Very interesting presentation of the history behind the making of this ancient tapestry. Well worth a visit and a must see when in Bayeux.
