This place is just off Grand Place. We went in when there was a little market going on. I am not sure how frequently this happens (we went on a Saturday afternoon). There were loads of little things to buy - it's more like car...More

An attractive court yard building now enjoyed by artists and book sellers to offer their wares. The environment is artisan and also stimulating to the mind. An experience in a less modern world.

You can go inside to the market, which allows you to see the interior of the building - beautiful architecture and worth a closer look.

Effectively an old courtyard where traders sell old magazines, postcards, posters etc. A bit of a flea market. Building itself is fascinating, old and quaint but there are lots like it around northern Europe

There's one that sells antiques, old postcards, glassware, coins, foreign bank notes (for collectors). Another stall sells the front page of...More

The building is really very nice and full of historical details that you can read under the entrance porche. There are book stores and antiques stalls in the middle. Make sure you visit this place when going to Lille.
