Quiet village in south France. Albi village town, this beautiful garden is same site on Albis largest Cathedral. Nice day visit to the village with family was fantastic.

On a cold and windy day, the gardens are quite chilly and bare but have a certain charm. The best thing is the great view over the river.

Beautiful formal gardens established on the old fortifications around Albi. Spectacular views over the river from a peaceful topiary garden with terraces and peaceful corners to relax.

Easily missed at the back of the museum, a small but spectacular garden with panoramic views from the terrace above.

Well kept gardens. You can get a view from the little place above.. or better still walk down. Vine covered walkway all the way at the bottom. Excellent location with the bishops palace on the one side and the Tarn river on the other.

We were going through the Toulouse Museum which is in the Bishop's house (a chateau -- it's huge) and looking out the window at one point, we saw the garden. It's very well done and quite a surprise.

The sign pointing to the garden is an understatement. It is one of the most fantastic formal gardens I have seen and the views over the river are wonderful. A super place to sit and contemplate
