We knew nothing of Place Stanislas until we walked into it and although it was dark we were bowled over by its beauty. We will return to spend more time in the City and to see more of Place Stanislas.

This outstanding gem brings all of the roamance and historical eagerness up in you as a critical tourist and great city's lover. Especially at evenings it is lruring to hang out for many minutes adn even waiting for the formidable lightshow in summertime (app. 22:45).

An impressive square, very well maintained with abundant terraces for pricey food and drinks. A must if you visit Nancy.

It's worth going to Nancy to see this square and the area around it. It lookes a bit like Versaille. It's well kept and very lovely.
