Excellent and entertaining hiking trip. Not so easy for beginners Use high top shoes. Other trekkers are very kind. The surrounding s and views are stunning. A must see.

This is a perfect hike! Short (6km the way there and back, around 3 hours), free big parking at the exit of the village Cazevieille, you cannot miss it. The greatest of all is that you have a beautiful breath taking view on the top, but you also have nice shelter places to have a picnic on the top both... More

A must for a day out, my visitors always see it from afar and want a trip out to visit it and then they talk about it for days after

If you are feeling energetic, and eaten your way around the bistros and restaurants of Montepellier this is a great way to burn off the calories. Find the parking near the village of Cazevieille, get rid of your day-glo lycra outdoor clothing so that you dont blend in with the other local wild life, and enjoy a 3 hour round... More

Its a total of 2 hours to go up and 2 hours or less to come down. Really a good place to trek for the starters. The view from the cross is really great. People also trek along the length covering many kilometers. Nothing to spend during the weekend, this one is a good refreshment. you can get there in... More

We must have walked up and down Pic St Loup a dozen times in the past few years. Although it's almost 30 km from where we live, we have a very good view of the North East face of the pic (and its sister peak next to it which looks just like one mountain from that angle). If you climb... More

Great view! Worth a visit if you're passing through or doing a wine tour! Make sure to walk the path to the edge. If possible, have a local help you find it.

a wonderful hike to view for miles of France's beautiful wilderness. After the long hike down, stop in for some local Pic st. Loup Rose at the local vitner! France truly does it right! Merci!

To the top and down you'll want water and a picnic. The climb is not for Grandma. Try to visit some Vinyards after because this is also serious wine country.

I didn't went up to the top of the mountain since it was over 30 degrees and a walk to the foot of the mountain was even 7km, but the area around there is pretty amazing. Unfortunately, it's quite hard to get there via public transport which made the trip a little more annoying than necessary.
