The Place de la Comedie is a large area surrounded by beautiful buildings including the Theatre. Cafes and restaurants are situated with outdoor seating to enjoy the atmosphere and people watch.

Biggest pedestrian Plaza in Europe and has everything, restaurants, nightlife, visitor centre, opera, shopping, grocery store - lots to do and see.

Great open area. Great ambience day and night. Very safe. The buildings are beautiful lit late at night. Nice place to people watch.

Spend a few hours, walking around and people watching on this beautiful place. Our hotel was right on it but was not accessible by car.

Best stop we had in Montpellier. It looks brilliant at night and it is full of pretty cafés nearby. During the day it is a bit less attractive.
