Scandalous behavior of the personnel
Oct 2021
We booked the 6:30 pm slot and could not see the final part of the exposition because the personnel decided to go home early. They closed the final rooms of the exposition 20 minutes before the official closing time at 8 pm. After having paid 16 euro per ticket, we did not manage to see all of the exposition. We were not alone; about 25 other people were also denied access. Scandalous behavior. The personnel has obviously confused their working hours with the opening hours of the exhibition.

Terrible experience
Oct 2021 • Couples
Scandalous behaviour of the personnel. We payed 16€ for a ticket just to have the doors to the last two rooms of the Morozov exhibition closed in our noses 20 minutes before the closing time. Very disappointing! Inadmissible service and attitude.

Stunning Architectural Marvel
Oct 2021
The building is spectacular and the rooftop offers amazing views of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. We also mangled to see one of the masterpieces of Van Gogh, The Prisoner.

The gardens offer a spectacular view of the building itself and its one of the hidden gems of Paris.

Definitely worth a visit!

Odd Architecture
Oct 2020
I found the design of this new museum to be odd in that there are several indoor spaces that are not fully useable for display. And the roof garden is not set up to maximize views. Still It's a good place for some incredible special expos. And accessible to the Metro.

modern art, special experience
Sep 2020
for amateurs of modern and contemporary art, the temporary expositions always spark an interest especially if you didn't know the artist or artists… it's very accessible despite being far from the city center thanks to a dedicated shuttle at Etoile and with metro line 1, there is a cool rooftop with a view of the bois de boulogne and the business district of la défense and cool photo opportunities

Cone For a Special Expo
Oct 2019
This is a brand new art space and it works fairly well, even though there are some dead spaces where nothing can be displayed. You can easily walk here from the Les Sablons Metro station. The shuttle from Etoile is not so great. If there is something special here that attracts you, don't be shy.

A beautiful building but NO LV brand related items to view
Feb 2020
I recently visited the Foundation only to find out that there were NO Exhibits currently on display. True, the building is beautiful and the view from the roof top is very nice, but unless you are a true architecture fan, the trip from central Paris is not worth the trip here. Maybe next time there might be an exhibit for me to see and I can give a better review. Don't go here if you are expecting anything at all to do with the LV Brand of goods.

Great both on the out- and inside
Feb 2020
This is a great fantastic building and just looking at it from the outside is worth the trip here. The exhibition about Charlotte Perriand was very impressige, great to see such a diversity in a persons work. I learnt a lot and will be back next time I am in Paris.

This museum interested the whole family
Feb 2020
Five of us toured this museum together. Visiting in January was a plus, as we were able to walk right in without a line. We ended up spending several interesting hours looking at the exhibits, walked outside, saw the waterfall and the small house constructed at the bottom, and talked our way back in to visit that as well. The building itself is gorgeous and thought-provoking and the exhibit that was there when we were - the work of Charlotte Perriand and fellow designers - was both familiar and educational.
