For the 'Amelie' fans, and for the hungry!

Very disappointing. Unfriendly stuff, tasteless onion soup, dirty toilets. They accept credit xards only above 10 euros Amelie deserves better!

We called in here for breakfast and too be honest it was great! Yes the decor maybe could do with a spruce up, I didn't know about the connection with the film. I loved the atmosphere. The breakfast was €12 and consisted of fresh French bread, croissant with butter and jam, fresh orange juice an omelette and great coffee. This... More

We were strolling in the Montmartre neighbourhood and just found ourselves in front of the café. I love Paris everywhere you go you find nice places. As we have seen Amelie Poulin mouvie we were thrilled to find this place. Service good - beer good - coffee good. However we have waited a lot to pay our bill - after... More

If you love Amelie it's worth visiting it to see the place and upload some pictures to Instagram. But it was a bit expensive and the food wasn't very good… (the creme brulee, anyhow). …Then again, there wasn't really a lot of people dinning in the place in the film, so the menu might be the reason why.

I have been there twice... Honeslty, not for the food. Amélie who was shot there brought me to Les 2 moulin in the first place. So, yes, ended up ordering the same thing, la creme brulée, so I could crack the sugar with a spoon... It is so worthy it!

Had breakfast here this morning. The three egg omelette with ham and cheese was delicious. Couldn't understand why so many tourists were taking pictures but realised soon after that this place featured in a popular french movie. Would recommend.

Staying in Montmartre

Neighbourhood Profile
Montmartre is a bustling mix of cultures, colours, and styles which changes from one street to another. Ride the funicular (or, for a real workout, climb the steps) to the sublime Sacré-Coeur (Basilica of the Sacred Heart) with its inspiring view of the city. The church is surrounded by provincial streets and piano bars where tourists, artists, and street entertainers thrive. At the foot of the hill, Boulevard de Clichy features shops not intended for young audiences, while residences are scattered to the north and east. The diverse population includes a large part from the Arab-speaking world, Africa, and Turkey. It’s a corner of Paris full of life and dynamism with charms that can’t be found anywhere else.
