We first fell in love with Rue Buci in 2914 with its buskers, street performers, markets and cafes. We heard last year that a single entrepeneur had bought the buildings along the entire street and he was renovating everything. Gone is the market with the...More

This is a buzzy little street , restaurants, boutique shopping , small hotels. A lovely area to wander around at night. Lots of taxis driving through. St germain metro nearby. A little bit of Paris, big impact.

There are outdoor markets in many Paris neighborhoods, but this one is upscale. The display and variety are lovely and tempting. Fun part of town.

It's a great area in Paris, cafés and restaurants all around, with almost pedestrian streets. The vegetables are rather good but some of the fruits really aren't and considering the price, this is not good value for money.

I think is a special street with special buildings. Street receives you with great friendship and candor. I stayed here with my dauther and my husband about 3 weeks, 20 years ago and the memory of these things is as recent as now. I stayed...More

We stayed nearby and very much enjoyed strolling the rue de Buci. Comfortable, relaxed, authentic. We enjoyed some great restaurants and of course stopped for gelato and macarons after dinner. In addition to the food markets, there are also great shops to peruse.

Several nice stores, a very nice Paul bakery, around the corner from Eglise St. Germain des Pres and great vibe. Comfortable, quiet, authentic and affordable. 10 minutes from Notre Dame and miles away in terms of quiet.

Rue de Buci is a classic left bank experience - not just for tourists and visitors to Paris but for locals too. The market gives an extra buzz but even at other times the street has lots to eat and do while you watch the...More

Wonderful variety of food for pick-up--meat, cheese, fruit, sea food, bread, vegetables. A great way to get a picnic for a day of walking around Paris. There are patisseries and wine stores and a supermarket there. And it's where the French shop.

I've been staying at Rue de Buci for quite sometime now, every year I go and visit Paris and I kept going back at the same apartment because of where it is located. The feeling of you belong is a great feeling for me. This...More
