Not easy to get into because of its opening hours and its concert venue commitments, but worth the diligence to get inside. It is adjacent to a lovely park (Square Rene Vivani) which affords a great view of Notre Dame and the park also boasts...More

Quite impressive experience. Considered to be the oldest church in Paris. Still, a little bit protected by the floods of tourists. And the idea of bringing a piano just in front of the altar is just amazing! I have spent a memorable Sunday afternoon.

Billed as the oldest church in Paris and handed over from the mayors office to the Greek Catholic Church in the late 1890’s.. a beautiful church, lovely iconctasis. Attended a lovely piano concert. Fantastic setting for wonderful music. Almost next door to Shakespeare & Co.

A place of beauty and peace. Beautiful worship place and home of some wonderful Music Concerts. Spring brings a time for concerts and all are worthwhile to attend. Atmosphere is much appreciated.

Just an ancient church, but different, with wodden hand painted altar. See the remainings of the arch, columns and wall at the entrance.

One of the oldest churches in Paris in one of the oldest quarters. Simple interior. Worth a quick visit. The park outside is lovely and restful.

You are just coming from Notre Dame, you have just crossed the Seine on the little "Pont au double" bridge, and crossed the busy way on the bank; you enter a very nice little garden, Square René VIviani, with benches, a few flowers, an extraordinary...More

Located 150 meters from Notre Dame cathedral on the Left Bank (around the corner from Shakespeare Books) this lovely gothic chapel has great musical evenings. Check their website for schedules. We saw (and heard) a concert-quality piano recital of Chopin and Liszt by a wonderful...More

On a surprise Christmas trip to Paris my husband arranged for us to attend a concert at Saint Julien. I could not image a concert in a church but was pleasantly surprised. What a spectacular evening. The chapel was truly one from a story book...More

I must add one thing: this church is on greek Melkite rite. A special oriental branch of catholic rite, not part of orthodox churches. Can they accept your proposal? I don't know;
