The Treasure Hunt was extremely well organized and we were provided with wonderful information, both in advance and once we met with the ThatLou rep on site. I would highly recommend this and would certainly do it again with my next grandchild!
We loved this Louvre hunt! We had previously done the ThatMuse British Museum hunt and my children loved it so much they asked for more. The hunt takes you through some of the most important works in the Louvre and teaches children and adults about...More
My 8 and 11 year old boys both agree that the THATLou and THATOrsay treasure hunts were the best part of our recent trip to Paris. The entire process is well thought out. Communication is thorough and our guide was on time, informative and got...More
We visited the Louvre and we couldn’t have been more pleased. We were given lots of info before as well as on the day of our treasure hunt. We were there with people ranging in age from 7 to 60 and everyone has a blast....More
Just do it! (You do see Nike of Samothrace btw!)
Wasn’t sure how best to spend the time with my 14 year old son in a very large museum - we were literally kicked out at closing time this after spending around 5...More
We found THATmuse online while hunting for various tours/activities that would be engaging for our 10 & 14 year old children without rubbing their noses into educational experiences with too heavy a hand. These scavenger hunts were the perfect answer! Although we initially booked THATlou,...More
I'm embarrassed that it has taken me almost a year to write this review! We were there in October, 2017. But that's not because we didn't love our THATLou experience. However, now I can say how the experience is a lasting one. Images of the...More
A friend had told us about her family doing a scavenger hunt at the Louvre, which seemed like a good idea for us since we are not very knowledgeable about art. We decided to do the self guided tour, and this was a great decision...More
As family of 4 art and museum lovers, we thought this would be a fun, different way to experience a gigantic museum. Knowing there would be no way to see all of the museum in one visit, we thought we would get to see and...More
From the majestic Louvre to the regal Palais-Royal, this neighbourhood oozes luxury. The grand arches along Rue de Rivoli are shadowed by mosaics in front of decorated vitrines and hotels. Place Vendôme is lined with the world’s best jewelers and their glittering window displays. Every other establishment has someone to open the door for you or park your car. You can spend hours gazing at its haute couture shops
or lingering over a meal at any of its chic eateries. After all that indulgence, the Tuileries gardens provide stately respite, while theatres compete for your applause. It's a neighbourhood that draws admirers from around the world, all attracted to the luxe life in Paris.
Hi They were a bit tardy in response times, but certainly did reply. If you know how to message me directly please do, and I will give you a direct email address. Probably not appropriate to post onto the broader web. I... More

We did it together as a family (not competitively) and had a great time! Daisy gave us the packet with our prize in it as well as the answers in the beginning and we didn't open it until we finished. It was a lot of fun trying to find the different pieces of art and we saw much more of the museum than we ever would have on our own! We actually took a few visits to work on our hunt when usually you only have a specific amount of time. It made us keep coming back!
