I really liked Pont Alexandre III. Not too many tourists when I was there so I was able to enjoy it a bit more.

Don't put a locket on it, besides being prohibited it leads you to think the entitled millenium jerk beside you worths a chance when it's actually the Parisian Enchant working its magic on you.

Located in the centre of Paris we drove and walked over this beautiful bridge and cruised under it as well. Walk over it slowly and enjoy the gold looking cupids, cherubs and horses and the beautiful lamps. The Grand Palais and Petit Palais are located...More

I think this is my favourite bridge in Paris (although I have a soft spot for the Pont Neuf) but it is definitely the most spectacular. It's impressive enough during the day but if you can, go at night. It's illuminated beautifully and it has...More

Gilded gold figures mark both ends of the prettiest bridge on the Seine in Paris. It marks the Concord between France and Russia under Tzar Alexander

It's worth to cross this bridge and look for the details. If you are not a fan of bridges and didn't come all this way to see this don't feel bad. Good place to take picture like you are the next Chanel model or have...More

Only in Paris would you see a bridge that is a world class work of art. Gorgeous statuary on each side at both ends. This is the quintessential architectural piece in Paris for me.

The bridge was built in honour of a treaty between France and Alexander III's Russia, hence the name. Attractive even if one does not know its historical significance.

I do believe there is a river boat restaurant underneath. But there are none near the bridge itself. Not a place to have a meal anyway - too busy and noisy with traffic.

It is really close to Champs Élysées. When we went in December the Xmas markets were a block away on the Champs Élysées. We caught the train to Arc De Triomphe, climbed to the top for the spectacular view over Paris, then... More
