Lovely place to walk around away from the crowds right in heart of the city. So easy to put oneself into a distant era of bouffant dresses, powered wigs and swooning after D'Artangnan

An oasis of calm right in the middle of a very busy city. Lovely peaceful gardens surrounded by extremely up-market and expensive boutique shops.

Very nice gardens of the Royal Parc in the heart of Paris; it was the private residence formerly of the Cardinal Richelieu, who makes later on a gift to Louis XIII of his palace; and you pass by the famous and magnificient park, he was created by Louis ;

It's a nice garden but I can't say it's a point not to be missed! For me the garden of Luxembourg is much more beautiful that Palais Royal garden! There are nice shops, cafes and restaurants all around but in my opinion it should be more spectacular as royal garden!

This is a nice somewhat hidden garden inside the Royal Palace. You will find tourists and locals taking a break during the day time. Some shades to sit in during the hottest time of the day.

Nice green area in the heart of Paris, but not exceptional. There are plenty of better gardens or green areas in Paris.

One of the most beautiful and historic spots in central Paris. A beautiful garden with lovely fountains, surrounded by historically-important colonades with shops. Colette lived here!

We stumbled upon this when walking back to our hotel. Beautiful spot with gorgeous gardens and a peaceful place to walk around and contemplate. If you have extra time in Paris make this a place to visit.

This was a surprising area near the Louvre and was part of the hidden arcades and passages walk we did with Unique Paris private tours. It is a very pretty garden and the shopping arcade and apartments above a quite beautiful. We returned here a number of times while we were in Paris to enjoy this quiet oasis after long... More
