A beautiful construction with an incredible mall. Paris gets to hot and need a place to refresh? Les Halles is the answer. Toilets go for €0.50, keep clear from the ones under the escalators. It all happens on the third floor. Wonderful places to sit...More

Why would you to to a mall in Paris? Especially with Le Marais at the doorstep. There are so many more fascinating and lovely boutiques all over the streets that a mall seems strange. It is controversial in the heart of Paris and seems a...More

I visit it the first time in march of 2016, it was a big surprise to find in the middle of everything a very big mall underground. It was a little bit messy but it looks like it was going thru remodel stage. I visited...More

Their stores are so nice! I shopped at Pull and Bear, H&M Home store, Sephora and Lego Stores so nice and well organized. It was busy there however we were able to purchase our items. On street level there are a lot of restaurants and...More

All the shops you can imagine for all budgets. Lot of restaurants in the area and a nice pedestrian street, St Martin, with even more shops. The re-do of Les Halles in 2016 has really transformed it. The architecture is also a must see. Absolute...More

The recently renovated Les Halles is very big, with not only several levels of shops, but corridor after corridor of shops; Easy to get lost. The renovation is mostly centered around the top and roof. Inside can be a bit drab here and there.

Always a great place to spend the day shopping, eating, walking around, plenty of interesting corners...

The halles have been nicely renovated but the shops have not changed much. Most shops are cheap retailers with no fun. I will not come back here.

Last year, the heart of the renovated Les Halles district was reopened, i.e. the sunken courtyard under a vast - and in all honesty, somewhat top-heavy - suspended roof composed of goldenish steel beams and glass panels. The Canopée, as it is called, protects a...More

Les Halles
Historically the central iron-clad market of Paris,
Les Halles has evolved architecturally since then but
the pulsating energy has stayed the same. Now it
houses the main shopping mall, which nestles
underground surrounded by fast-food take-aways and
international restaurants coupled with beautiful
churches and the old commodity exchange. Parallel to
it are the high-street stores of Rue de Rivoli and
