Pictures don't lie, picture worth a thousand words all apply the Chateau as the grounds, garden, location are all lovely and the inside is interesting. The on site resturant is average but convenient with in and outdoor seating. There is also a fast food stand...More

This chateau is beautiful. It's location, spanning the river is quite stunning. My lasting memory of this wonderful chateau are the breathtaking floral arrangements in every room. The chateau employs three full time florists and the arrangements are changed twice a week - they are...More

This chateau which is built over the River Cher is absolutely spectacular, both the grounds and chateau itself. After leaving the bus, we walked down a road with lovely trees lining it on either side. There are two distinct gardens located on either side of...More

We visited Chateau de Chenonceau while on our Trafalgar Bus Tour. What a beautiful site! It really takes you back in time while you walk inside the castle. The grounds are lovely with flowers and shrubs everywhere. I'm so glad we went there!

The train station is about 500 meters from the Chateau of Chenonceau. The main parking for the chateau is only about 50 meters closer.
