This is a fun little aquarium. We were expecting a bit more (for the price). The seals were great fun swimming around. We were mostly amazed by the jellyfish tank where the put changing lights in the background. Soooo beautiful. Its a real fun aquarium...More

We went to visit the aquarium during our visit to Biarritz and really enjoyed the visit. It took us about two hours to explore. The only negative was there was no English writing and we had to translate but that should be expected when in...More

Me and my boyfriend went there for about two hours during our visit in Biarritz. It was really nice, the staff was really friendly and helpful and knew good English (at least the ones in the reception). You get to walk through “caves” at the...More

Nice view of Seals playing outdoors. Big shark tank as well, can be viewed from lots of angles. Nice variety of fish. Price not too bad (about €15 when I went).

Took the 5yr and 7yr old there for a visit during our day trip to Biarritz. Smaller than the Oceanarium at Lisbon but still a good way to occupy the little ones (older kids/teenagers may probably be less interested) for 1-2hours. My kids were fascinated...More

With a son obsessed with sharks, a visit here was a must. Lovely Art Deco building, concentrating on a few specialities rather than cramming every species in. Plenty of open spaces, an interesting display of types of fishing from line to trawling which was great...More

As we had booked online we felt we had to go in but otherwise would have turned back. The wait was around the block. Not very obvious how to join the queue. Once inside the building it was uncomfortably warm and not easy to move...More

Hello I guess you came during a rainy day... the Aquarium is more comfortable to visit when the weather is good... or at the opening (9.30) or in the evening (from 18.00 to midnight).

Very crowded but worth a visit. Very interesting with many things to see. Out favourites were the upside down dozing seals and the turtle.
