There really is not that many shops opened here. It's only worth visiting if you are really bored. Not many people visit and hence it is very quiet indeed.

Fantastic building with different restaurants. You'll find a variety of food from different places. I tried Cabana and had their hot, spicy Mexican chicken, really good and tasty if you like spicy food. Nice atmosphere, fast and good service and affordable prices. /Jörgen

The Triangle is now a trendy place to shop and eat. However, this has not always been so. Originally it was known as the Corn and Produce Exchange where grains of all kinds were traded. It is now a Grade II listed building, but suffered extensive damage at the hands of the I.R.A. when they bombed the City centre in... More

This is a wonderland of eateries but the one I especially like is Phu which serves Vietnamese street food. The noodle dishes are served exactly as they were when I ate in Saigon. So delicious. I am going back to try some of the rice dishes. Other places include Indian street food, Mexican, Italian and South American. Not overpriced either... More

This is no longer a retail mall. It has been transformed into a restaurant and bar complex featuring about a dozen different offerings. Everything from Indian, Vietnamese, Italian, Brazilian, Tapas, Mexican, Burgers ... you name it. The down side is they're mainly chain brands so it's a bit "samey" but there are some great exceptions such as the Indian street... More

Not worth going, 97% of the shops have gone, it's like a ghost town in there. The Corn Exchange should never have been changed into the Triangle, it killed it. Renaming it back has come too late. Such a shame.

After the 1996 bombing, Manchester's much-loved Corn Exchange morphed into the Triangle, supposedly a high class shopping mall. Lack of commercial success has now led to the re-branding of the centre, with the old Corn Exchange name making a comeback. Maybe it was hoped that this would strike a chord with locals and entice them back in. But once they're... More

Its reverted to being called the Corn Exchange again. The Triangle did not take off, I fear despite the throngs of people outside, many browsing the continental market stalls, no one bothers to venture inside this mall. Of course hardly any shops inside is open, its deserted. I am not sure what the owner's can do to attract business. The... More
