Lloyd’s Bank on Market Street Manchester is a high tech Bank with a coffee shop. Worth a visit, coffee is great and reasonably priced. Coffee provided by the Ancoats Coffee Company. Silver Apples bakery provide the yummy cakes. Excellent for a quick stop while shopping.

This place is very much in the city center and is very convenient for commuting to and fro in and across Manchester city. Also this place is very near to shopping centers and malls like Printworks, Arndale center, National Football Museum, etc.

Hi Jean-Marc, I don't know either. Knowing the council you probably do! Like David I suggest you use the city council website. Good luck Patchycat
