We came here to watch Logan on a sunday much the as it gas been for some years, nice to see the seats have been upgraded (finally) with the ever present lack of leg room. The food service counters were highly staffed, but the main tills were not in use and customers had to use the automatic machines to purchase... More

Came to see fifty shades darker with my husband as we were staying in a nearby hotel. Prices extortionate for popcorn drinks and nachos! Premium seats became very uncomfortable after an hour of sitting on them. Cinema was clean and tidy but would have expected much more comfortable seats in premium!

I work for a college and our students wanted to watch a film for Christmas. I contacted Christian the manager who was so helpful and managed to put on a private screening of Fantastic Beasts for my students. They felt so privileged some had never been to the cinema before so having it all to themselves made it extra special.... More

Tried to find the cinema complex after dark and the signage is awful. Fair enough, the complex is undergoing refurbishment and there is builders 'stuff' everywhere, but come on management, help your guests out. The cinema area itself is ok - pretty much what you expect from Odeon. The staff member (young lad) behind the tills was very unwelcoming and... More

I am not a tall person, in fact I would probably describe myself as short, but frankly who the heck designed the recent seating as it is far too low to the ground and hard to boot! I wonder if the fitters forgot to put the spacers in under the legs. Watched a 2 hour film last night and came... More

Went here to see a film with friends. Cinema is clean and tidy and it was extremely busy as it was a Friday evening. The staff serving the food and drinks were painfully slow considering there was such a large queue and the prices are so expensive. So are the tickets themselves, but that is no fault of this particular... More

I love it when these come up, the tickets are only £5 or free if you have limitless and you can have any seat including premier seats. The 2 I have been to we got Green Room and Blair Witch, all before they were released in cinemas.

There is no iMax facility or 4D screens, so the choice is 2D or 3D showings of current films. The cinema is in an area with lots of car parks next to it, all pay machines but free on Sunday (the attached one, to the side, back and underneath). There's a bowling alley and trampoline park as well as a... More

I went here to see the new David Brent film. I know it's expensive to visit the cinema but £11.50 was a bit much to sit in a low down fusty smelling seat and eating the obligatory ice cream costing nearly £4! Fortunately the film was brilliant so I wasn't too bothered. But I think I'll choose my films very... More

We visited Odeon to watch 'finding dory'. We ordered tickets online which was simply and easy. Wasn't too busy at the tills waiting to buy popcorn and drinks. However one big problem we had was that the seats were just so uncomfortable! Plus very small cinema room and so close to the screen we seemed to left with pains in... More
