A pleasant little museum but there isn't actually that much to look at. Make sure you go in the vault so you can smell the sulphur. 30 mins should easy cover the rest but the history of Harrogate as a spa town is quite interesting.

Visited here on the Saturday morning, just in time to hear the talk from the Curator. Very information, amusing and interesting. Worth going to hear the history of the Pump Room and Harrogate itself.

We visited this museum some years ago, when they were still allowed to let you taste the water, but mainly came in this time to escape the cold. It's not a large museum, but the exhibits change and how interesting you will find it depends...More

Great place to go and visit Probably only takes an hour and a half to see the pumps and museum The time is well spent as the tour guide is very informative. Entrance fee is good too.

The displays were interesting but I expected better. The film shown was interesting but of poor quality. Reaching the Pump room is a nightmare due to traffic around it.

Whilst this is a relatively small museum it does contain some very interesting old Egyptian relics. Other items were dated 6000 years BC which I find amazing particularly as their condition was good. Moving to more modern times there is an exhibition of dress from...More

Not very interesting for young children (7year old) .not much to see, mainly wall charts explaining the town when it was a booming spa town. Exhibitions were mainly from the fifties which made me feel ancient.
