We went to the K2 Alpacs farm on 10 aug 22, we had a great day from start to finish, worth a visit when on holidays, lovely people and Mathew was a lovely tor guide , even the owner was so nice and made sure we were happy, well done to all! The alpacs are so friendly you feel part of their gang, loved to pet and feed them, and food was supplied, these people have put a lot of work in to the farm, and don’t forget the great shop too, worth a visit.

We all had a great time on our visit from start to finish. We learnt so much from Joe and Karen and they held the kids attention all the way through the talk. You can see how very much loved all the Alpacas are. I don’t know how they remember all their names ! The trek was amazing , taking in some stunning scenery. Was finished off with lovely refreshments, well warranted on the hot day that was in it. The gift shop on site has a lovely set up. We will be back for an Autumn or Winter trek .Highly recommended

I 100% recommend this to anyone. It’s fun and informative and a really unusual activity to do. We met the alpaca ladies and they were friendly, also a little cautious but not a problem. The trek is easy, suitable for all fitness levels. Nice that you get an opportunity to feed them during the walk also. Great experience.

This was a unique and wonderful experience. The alpacas were fun and full of character. The location is beautiful. We were met by Mary who looked after the group really well she was full of information on the Alpacas who are all individually named. We had plenty of photo opportunities , we got to feed them by hand. The time flew by and at the end you didn't want to let your Alpaca go.Finished up whit a glass of fizz or juice. A truly memorable morning, would highly recommend

Went to visit with my 5 year old for the meet and greet. While she did get to feed the alpacas the idea of petting them didn't really come to fruition as they generally just ran off unless they were being fed. It would have helped a bit if the guy in charge tried to stop some of the people actually chasing the alpacas around. Would have also been more interesting if there had been some kind of FAQ about alpacas. Once the food ran out it was essentially standing in a field with the animals running away from you. I think the walk may be a better bet but that is not suitable for a small child, as it is I felt the meet and greet was not worth the price. Tour also ends in the gift shop which after paying almost €30 for the meet and great felt a bit expensive. It was also in a small shop which quickly became overcrowded. Again, a bit of management in terms of how many people are in the shop would have improved the experience. Instead I grabbed my child and left.
